We use Whole Atlantic Herring from the North Atlantic Sea for a rich source of Omega-3 fatty acids. Made using delicious oysters and mussels, it’s the ultimate eating experience.
Like all our raw recipes, our added vegetables, herbs, oils and mineral superfoods are organic for ultimate freshness and flavour. The Kombu seaweed we use is grown wild and hand harvested from the shores of Scarborough by SeaGrown.
